Subscription and Payment

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Free Trials: We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to seoIQ for analysis. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering our services to you.

Intellectual Property

The seoIQ platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by seoIQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

seoIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seoIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless seoIQ and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to seoIQ at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
